We liked the ambience of the hotel, lovely friendly staff and super clean room and guest areas. The room could do with refurbishing, the shower gel fell off the wall and cut my foot which was very painful. I think it wasn’t made clear that the nuts and candy are chargeable and very expensive, we racked up over €100 charge in these alone.

This hotel is extremely well placed in Toulouse. The hotel is amazing. To finish, all the crew is very nice and available to help

Overall fine, small caveat was that the breakfast buffet was not replenished, even though we arrived half an hour before the end of service.

Overall the hotel was very good as were the staff. The room was spacious and quiet. The downside was the breakfast, all the hot food was always cold, toaster was inadequate in size and took so long to toast. The fresh fruit selection was very poor only offering 3 different prepared fruits. The cereal selection was ok but there was never any fresh milk to go with them. Coffee was only offered 1 cup at a time and not in a pot for the table. Very disappointing and it was about €25 a day.
