Room has changed layout. Nolonger adouble bed and a bunk. The bunk has been removed. Good heating. Staff at reception made a poor effort to be understood, considering I amnot a native French speaker although I have studied French and been to France for many years. This is unusual in France, where people are very happy to see one speaks their language.

There is no credibility. I book a day before at a price by the official in the reception hall, then a second person comes the day and says I do not accept the previous reservation and changes the reservation from 37 euros to 48 euros. I do not know his name, but his skin color is African. This is called deception and fraud

The proposed room was equipped with dirty mattresses with blood stains and cigarette butts under them and, moreover, there was dirt everywhere. As I was able to ascertain these conditions of the room only after acceptance at the reception, I did not have time to cancel the reservation by 6 pm on August 18, 2022. Parce que franchement c'est du gros foutage de gueule ! Ah oui, la tv , souvent un problème, pas de télécommande ! Ou pas de piles! La literie, parlons en ! Mdr!! Les draps qui piquent toute la nuit ! Et bien sûr nous avons attraper des boutons !! Génial ! N'est ce pas?? Les wc et les douches dans les couloirs, vraiment dégueulasse ! Wc bouchés ! Une vraie honte ! Pomme de douche jamais réparé ! Les employés font ils réellement le ménage ? Ou font ils semblant ?? Les petits déjeuners , une vraie honte aussi ! Ils comptent les tranches de pain ! Ils comptent le nombre de portions de confiture, de beurre, de pâte à tartiner ! C'est pas possible ! Ou alors ils gardent pour les employés !! Jus d'orange venant d'une brique en carton ! Pas du pur ! Nectar d'orange ! Et mis dans une carafe en verre pour faire genre ! Vu de mes propres yeux ! Bagarre et dispute d'un couple ! Portes qui claquent ! Bordel au parking toute la nuit par des gens qui ne dorment pas dans l'hôtel ! Et un ferme ta gueule envers moi parce que j'avais gueuler par la fenêtre et que j'avais dit qu'il y avait des gens qui dorment ! Pas de respect dans cet hôtel vraiment merdique ! Certes pas cher ! Et ceux qui disent que cet hôtel est propre, que des choses bien ! Ben franchement, ils ont menti! Ou alors ils aiment y aller dans ce **** d'hôtel ! Ou payer pour dire des mythos! Je déconseille fortement de prendre une chambre dans cet hôtel bien pourri!

From the outside it did not look attractive , but the room was okay. Opposite the parking lot there was a weird place with lots of rubbish. Hotel personnel were very kind and professional. The breakfast was too limited to my opinion. I missed vegetables like tomatoe and cue cumber amd the first day there was no pain complet/whole wheat bread. No scrambled eggs either.

Good experience. We decided to change because we need two rooms and we couldn’t be all together.

I reserved a room at this hotel because I was participating in a conference at the Mirail university campus, which is a 10 minute walk away. From this point of view, it was a good choice. It is also a 10 minute walk from the metro station, which is very convenient. But the hotel, like the campus itself, is not in a nice area. There are no shops or cafes in easy walking distance, and those that are in the areas are in areas that are not comfortable to walk around in. So every time that I wanted to go into town, I had to take the metro - which was fine, except that during the last two days of my stay, the metro was not working! The hotel itself is small, the rooms are simple but nice. The AC stopped working during my stay, and it took several hours until a technician arrive. Breakfast was very good, except, as in many places in Europe, no vegetables. The hotel restaurant also offers drinks, coffee and dinner. In general, The staff was very helpful, but with limited resources. For example, the rooms do not have mini-bars, but when I asked to put food in the kitchen refrigerator, they did so with no problem. I asked in advance for a kettle in my room and indeed it was there (and i was charged extra for it). When others asked for kettles, they were given them, but they were taken away the next day! In summary, nice, small, limited, friendly staff, not a great neighborhood.

We had a one night stay and everything was fine. We were pretty tired after a big drive so the restaurant within the hotel was very welcome. Parking was easy too.
